Donna (Ksiazkiewicz) Bennett grew up in LaSalle where she began her lifelong fascination with art and horses. After she retired from the U.S. Navy, she moved to the eastern US and pursued formal training in fine art and photography, specializing in equine portraiture and the cowboy lifestyle. Her favorite subject to shoot is rodeo and action shots of working horses. She has spent the last ten years developing her skills by attending workshops
and traveling to capture images in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho and overseas.
Kathy Casstevens is a professional photographer whose naturescapes can be found throughout Starved Rock Lodge and in various publications, including her newest book: “The ABCs of Starved Rock,” a children’s book featuring Starved Rock images to represent the letters of the alphabet. The book and her latest endeavors as a photographic illustrator will be unveiled. Attendees will enjoy the first public display of her "American Safari" and "Whimsical Wildlife" studies.
Award-winning local photographer Paula Guttilla will offer not only her local landscapes and nature
photography but also new work from her travels to the east coast and southwest United States.
