For the past 12 years, NCI ARTworks has been making great things happen in the arts community in the tri-county area. We are responsible for helping to finance and facilitate the creation and installation of all of the major public art installations in the tri-county area.

Free Summer and Winter Tubafests that hundreds of people attend? That’s us, too.
3 years of honoring United States veterans with our WW2 Tuesdays programming? That’s us.
10 years of celebrating the best and brightest youth talents in ALL of the arts in the tri-county area through our annual Mad Hatter Ball? That’s us.
NCI ARTworks has been showcasing local, regional, and national talent to the residents and students in the Illinois Valley for years. Whether it is facilitating the creation of major public art installations like the Ray Paseka murals in Cherry, Mendota, Streator, and Seneca or the Susan Burton mosaics in Princeton, or hosting monthly art exhibitions at the ARTworks Gallery in the Westclox building the 2nd Friday of each month and providing world-class music programs to Illinois Valley residents and schools, every single ounce of skill and expense necessary to provide the Illinois Valley with top-level arts and culture is worth it.
